(upbeat music) Yeah, I like big butts. I like big butts on men and women. I want a big butt, but because I'm a guy I don't feel like I'mallowed to want a big butt. Everybody wants a nice ass. Well, I think anyone with a bigger butt gets a lot of attention.
His Butt Booster. Right away it kinda feels like a bra. So, there's like the title tag and then on the back of itthere's no other information. Here's my flat butt. (twinkling music) Oh my god, I'm so happy in these. So I just put the underwear on.
My pants feel very filled out. And these pants are likeusually totally filled out by just my natural ass, but like damn. I sat down in a chairright after I put this on and I can tell why people withbig butts have such big egos. 'Cause they're so highup, and I'm into it. It'll be interestingto see if anybody else can tell the difference.
Your pants look tight. Oh god, why is it so hardé It kinda feels like a real butt. Oh, that's a firm butt. Thank you so much. (Tall Man) Good job. I did people do squats for a month. Do you like ité No, it's kinda weird.
(laughing) oh. One benefit of the bigbutt that I will miss is that when I sit on people's laps, they don't talk abouthow bony my cheeks are. I think before Ithought I was more happy with the shape of mybutt than I actually am. And I think going throughthis just made me realize I actually don't want the explosive
like Nicki Minaj butt that I think I want. I think I had the most funI've had in a really long time. The grass is greener, let me tell you. It's fuller, too. What do you thinké I think I like thereal thing better, but. Uh, uh, uh Where is HRé
Pain In The Groin
Hi welcome to another tutorial. In this tutorialI'm going to answer a question from two people, one is my friend who is a dancer andtwo a Facebook friend who is a rugby player or here in America is a football player havepain in their groin area. How do you hurt or get pain in your groinareaé This happens to mainly to dancers, athletics, football players, people who play a lot ofgames but it could happen to anyone. You may wake up one day and accidentally move wrongand pull the groin area muscle. Now what do you normally do when you have pain in yourgroin area or in your inner thigh. Traditionally, you are ask to rest, ice, compressand then elevate. That's the traditional
but what I do I normally work right away toloosen up the area and take the pain away. Let's take a look at what I would do. This is what I would do. I would stretch tofigure out here the pain area is and the next thing I would do is I would use moist heat.I have one of this at home and with kids you have to have one at home because they comehome with aches and pain. Once you feel that your muscles is nice and loose you can removeit and start massaging the groin area. You can either so this way, the fiber of the groinarea is this way, so you rub against the fiber. If this is too painful for you, what you cando is use your palm area to palm down like
this, like such. Slowly like such. one, two, three, one, two, three. Palm the area to loosen up the muscle. If that's too much, what you can do is geta tennis ball and roll it or get a rubber ball like such that bounces, roll it down, roll it down or with the tennis ball you can roll. That's to break down the tightnessand loosen up the tissue. Or the other alternative will be using “DitDa Jow which you can just rub it with the “Dit Da Jow with the “Dit Da Jowis a Chinese medicinal ointment and just rub it. The other technique will be using myofascialrelease, basically just holding down this
way and glide your hand through that way, glide your hand through the muscle. You can do it with one hand this way or youcan use your forearm just put your hand there and one hand pushing down and then one handpushing that way. just slightly, slowly. What it does is when you sliding it this way.it breaks down or iron down the fascia which is a tissue right underneath the skin andloosen up the muscle. So basically very slowly and if you lean yourbody forward a little bit and push, your forearm will glide over the skin,of course if youare having a lot of pain then try to ease out the pressure. If this is too much painfor you, what you can do is rubing your hand
together. So what you do is just rub, justrub the whole pain area. Just like this just rub the whole pain area. What it does, issimply by rubbing it, it bring circulation to the area and if you look at my palm andif I rub both hands here you can see.So you can see how red this is, how red this is.By rubbing it you bring circulation, when there circulation there's oxygen and whenthere's oxygen you will break down all the tightness and knots in the area. So just lightlyrub this and to finish up you just go like this real quick, real quick movement and atthe end you can actually feel the heat over the area and the redness shows that there'scirculation and it breaks down the knots and
pain. And to end up just loosen up, shake your lega little bit and loosen up the area like such. just like jiggling, loosen up the area. Well! that's it! Thank you very much forwatching and if you have any question or if you do something different other than whatI do, let me know we'll share with others and if you have any question leave it in thecomment box below. How To Prevent Chafing A Mans Guide To Avoid Irritation With Innovative Underwear Sheath
0:00:00Gentlemen, Antonio here. All right. Today, we're going to talk aboutchafing, in particular how to prevent chafing with the right type of underwear. So, let's take a step back, I want to talk – go back to 1977 OCS training in Quantico,Virginia. I'm a young guy going through this OCS training and I'm full of, you know,I got a lot of confidence. I'm a distance runner, I've been doing pretty good up tothis point. We're going to go into forced march. It wasn't too long, I think it wasfive miles, I'm like, I can handle this. I've gone off and I've ran 15 miles youknow, this isn't going to be a problem at
all. Threw in all the pack threw in all thegear, it's heavy. I'm in my, you know, in my camis, we started to go.At about the midway point, I start to feel this pain down, yes, down between the legsand even around the thigh area. Guys, I am suffering from chafing. Basically, I am rubbingmyself wrong. And anybody that has gone through long hike, anyone that has gone through aforced march, anyone that maybe works, you know, maybe you wear scrubs all day and youjust basically have your package dangling down there and you don't have a lot of support, you know what I'm talking about when it starts to rub raw down there. So, how do youstop thisé How do you find underwear that
can help prevent thiséWell, I've been a distance runner for a long time and I know at the time at OCS whatI did is I would every time we'd go on a forced march, I would threw a lot of Vaselinedown there. Yes, it's not clean and not something I recommend, you know, you do ona daily basis. Other guys, you know, they are simply going to wear tighty whiteys they'regoing to wear a jockstrap, they're going to wear maybe a synthetic underwear that basicallytakes your equipment and holds it up a lot closer to the body. The problem with that, not super comfortable, but, hey, you know, we're going to solvethe problem. There's also some other things
like what is ité Zinc oxide, you're goingto do see body Glide as well. So, these things can help prevent some chafing, but you'rethrowing a lot of that stuff down there and it's not really, I think a long term solutionif you are daily having issues. Some of you guys, you know, you've got maybe a testicleor two that is really sensitive and you've been looking for something, you know, you'dlike to wear boxers you'd like to wear something that looks a little bit more stylish thana closefitted pair of whitey tighties. So, I heard a story about a guy who was anarmy sergeant, he's over in Iraq and he had the same issue basically. He's tryingto figure out how to solve this, he's in
a very hot environment. So, he's taken fabricand he's putting it down into his underwear, yes, you know, and he actually made his firstpair over there, he says, hey, this is actually working. I'm able to separate my equipmentfrom the rest of my body and it's a lot more comfortable. He comes back to the UnitedStates and he creates this really cool type of underwear that actually has a pouch inthe front of it that separates your equipment. What he did is he solve the chafing problem,he solved the discomfort problem while not having to either slap on a lot of, you know, lubricant down there or take his equipment and bring it closer to the body. So, I loveinnovations like this.
So, I got my hand like I said on a pair ofthese, been wearing them. I'd have to say it works. It's very unique, it's somethingI never – I never would thought of, I wish I would have thought of, I wish I would havehad this back in OCS. And, yeah, so guys go check them out Sheath Underwear. I'm goingto link to them. Go check it out. Let me know in the comments below what do you think aboutthis. I've got three reasons why I really like this company.Number one, it's innovative and it actually works. So, they've got all these athleteshigh endurance guys putting testimonials on there. Then, I go over and I check them outat Amazon. They've got over thirty reviews,
